2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these simple options for US orders:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unused, unopened cases in original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the case is defective or we sent the wrong model. Full details are on our Returns page.

6. How do I know it fits my phone model? Every product page clearly lists all compatible models (e.g., iPhone 16 / 16 Pro / 16 Pro Max, Samsung S25 / S25 Ultra, Pixel 9 / 9 Pro...). Always double-check your exact phone model before placing the order. We update listings regularly for new phone releases.

7. Do the cases protect against drops? Are they raised for camera & screen? Yes — almost all cases feature raised lips around the screen and camera to protect them when placed face-down. Shockproof / rugged lines are drop-tested (typically 6–12 ft depending on the model). Exact protection level is stated in each product description.
